Our Research & Operations Center (ROC) provides critical support during all engagements.

ROC professionals are linked worldwide to our clients, alliance partners, the academic community, government agencies, nonprofit institutions, the media, and a multitude of Internet-based information sources.

ROC professionals provide research support and monitor facts and opinions daily in at least three broad areas:

Industries and Enterprises. We monitor progress and plans in five targeted industries, focusing on over 30 pacesetting global enterprises to ensure we are informed, competent, proactive, and responsive, and that we bring immediate value to our clients and alliance partners.

Management Issues and Challenges. We continuously research over 70 existing and emerging management issues and challenges we believe drive, constrain, and define success and failure in strategy implementation worldwide - to anticipate and optimize opportunities and mitigate strategy implementation difficulties.

Practices, Processes, and Policies. We watch existing and evolving, successful and disappointing practices, processes, and policies, in at least our five focus industries. We do this to be certain that our consulting is proactive and that we anticipate and understand the facts and foundation for competitive success and performance disappointments worldwide.
