Our Services

Leveraging BEP's Roadmap, our Managing Partners team with board leaders and the CEO in a non-intrusive process designed to assess the unique character, policies, practices, and objectives of our clients' boards. We conduct the review to enable our clients to clearly understand where their board can benefit from improvement and present a plan and timetable for change. BEP then partners with our CEO and board clients to review progress, recommending and helping to implement change as needed.

  Comprehensive Board Review   >>>
Four to six week full-scale assessment, including recommendations for change, as warranted, and a transition plan.
     
Preliminary Board Review   >>>
Two to three day preliminary assessment to define change opportunities based on a review of board materials and interview with the key committee, board chairman, and the CEO.
Prospective CEO Assessment   >>>
The CEO selection process must first start with a thorough assessment of the company's future strategy and growth challenges, then define ledership competencies necessary to address these challenges.
Monitoring and Progress Review   >>>
To provide guidance and reassure board leaders that their board is effective.
