Comprehensive Board Review
The Comprehensive Board Review is a four-to-six week,
full-scale assessment, including recommendations for change, as warranted
and a transition timeline and implementation plan.
Methodology - Direct observations: board meetings, committee
meetings, leadership team meetings. Interviews with key leaders and directors.
Document reviews: board books, planning documents, annual reports, strategy,
and metrics.
BEP Comprehensive Board Review Highlight Report encompasses
the following - board decision making, board focus, board configuration,
board meetings, board committees, roles and responsibilities, governance,
director development and succession plan, compensation, culture, and
communications. The report includes a timeline for change, and an
implementation strategy.
